Deezer, a French music streaming service, has launched a new tool called Deezer for Creators for iOS, Android, and Web users.

The app is also available to artists’ teams and podcasters, and the company is offering a discount on its high-resolution HiFi tier to musicians who use it.

Artists can track their analytics and increase their fanbase using Deezer’s tool, but labels and artist managers can only access the metrics from the web browser.

The dashboard allows users to monitor their track’s performance, including real-time stream data 7 days after releasing a song, while the app is still in beta.

Once the release is live, artists can share their latest releases with their fans on social media platforms, as well as see which playlists have included their songs.

Deezer for Creators Gives Artists and Podcasters More Exposure

Additionally, Deezer for Creators enables users to track the demographics of their audiences, such as streams by gender and the percentage of female versus male listeners. Whenever you release a new work they are automatically linked to your artist profile, as long as you are the main artist. Contributors may not see their own new work.

App users must have at least one live release on Deezer and be an artist or artist’s manager, and users who have claimed an artist profile can log in to the service using the same email address they use to log in to Deezer’s portal.

Deezer for Creators provides a global overview of the performance of podcasts and episode performance with historical data spanning up to five years for podcasts.
