Rev. John Baptist Kaggwa, a former bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Masaka, died of COVID-19 as confirmed on Wednesday evening.

Dr Colonel Kizza Besigye, leader of the former Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) party, has joined several sections of Uganda to mourn the death of Bishop John Baptist Kaggwa.
